And if that weren't enough, their pricing has continually gone up more than double, and for the service that I'm getting I cannot justify paying their extremely high fees. I really wish that I'd have known ahead of time this year how much more I was going to pay them than last year and I would've found someone else this year. Here's the pros and cons: Pros: 1. Friendly staff 2. They will in fact file your taxes Cons: 1. Mishandled personal information (social security number insecurely emailed) 2. Very high fees (figure paying ~$375 for married jointly on a standard return) 3. If you have them do anything else (like sending a letter with a $0.49 stamp) expect to pay a LOT more ($50 for the above example). So unless you want your social security number out there for all to see and you like paying much more than necessary for your tax return, there are other just as good or better, and much less expensive options out there. So, my advice, skip these folks and shop around.

Ya know what ? Its my money. I cam't even get groceries & I am 66 & don't drive Have no one to help me. Said i refuse to answer questions. Ig i say yes i connected these paypal for selling things then move money to Bsnk & Daves to Have a digital debit card because it takes 7-10 business days for city to rrplace yours. Also if you report fraud charges they don't refuse it , they charge it cancel hour card and you pay it anyway! This is the worst bank i have EVER dealt with. judt lock me out with no money. When i was scammed i paid 8k in bank fees. They said because it was a third world country they could do nothing So i lost that money plus paid 8k in bank fees.

The first time, I got all the way through giving the lady who answered the phone all of my account information, only to find my account was negative & I'd have to wait--okay, I get that because they pay for the card somehow--gotta be through my account, right? Today, I was told that I have to come down with ID to order a new card. I work nights & have since I opened this account. When other banks have websites you can deposit checks with by taking a pic with your phone, do I really have to come down in person with ID just to get a new debit card? This isn't the first time I've been disappointed by the lack of service. I pay exorbitant amounts in overage charges, so I'm certain they'll be sorry to see me go. How about a reason now & again to want to stay? I don't think this bank has EVER done anything for me except make money off of me--I certainly have gained nothing myself from this business relationship.
