As far as a sales associate named Ashley (I believe is her name), she was blonde and super rude. She corrected all of the associates right in front of customers about giving a military discount. An associate told me a military discount was allowed on all purchases... not her fault, she was just helping. But for the associates to be corrected unprofessionally was a problem to me. Also, giving an eye roll when giving a military discount is super disrespectful. As a military wife and daughter (I was shopping with my dad), this was the most disrespect I've ever felt first hand towards the military. I know Kate Spade doesn't stand by these actions, and I hope it's taken seriously. Kate Spade will not go broke over a $10 discount.

The building it is in is a little older but other than that completely safe by our standards (it was just us girls. Me and my younger sister). The owner is such a beautiful person and so helpful. First impression was it smelled SOOOO good when we first walked in! Second impression was the owner greeted us and you could tell she meant it. We shopped for about an hour and she gave HONEST opinions of what we tried on. If she didn't like it she told us. That's rare, most people just want you to buy something.
