This review is for the inserts I recieved. The process went fairly well with a fitting using an…read moreelectronic device to scan my foot. No longer the foam step in box that I've used in the past. After my inserts arrived they threw them in the shoes and off I went. My problem was with my running shoes. The inserts keep sliding up so that the back of the insert gives my heel a hot spot. I brought them back and was told that I need to make sure they're pushed all the way back before sticking my foot in. Works great but as I run they shift. My last insert providers shaped my inserts until they fit into the shoe they were going into. This place doesn't seem like they have the capability since he's a travling insert guy. Tricare paid a bunch for these but I can't wear them in my running shoes. Sorry taxpayers.

Extremely disappointed with this practice. At my first visit in June, the doctor asked to see me…read moreback in one month - which I reiterated at Checkout - but I was booked two months out instead. The doctor advised $150 New Balance shoes; they don't address the issue. She also prescribed a Medrol dose pack, which did nothing for my foot (but did give me heart palpitations). I kept detailed daily notes on my symptoms so I wouldn't forget the details at my follow-up two months later, but... Today was the worst part because I got stood up by the staff. I had confirmed my 1pm appointment by link in text days ago. I got a confirmation call yesterday for my 1pm appointment, another call today at 11:52am to confirm again, then another call at 12:05pm asking if I'd like to come in earlier - I declined, since I was already driving 30 minutes from home to get there. I arrived 20 minutes early like a responsible adult. The office was locked with a "closed until 1:30" sign on the door. No one answered the phone. The "on-call nurse" (call center) confirmed my appointment was correct and said she'd leave a message for the office. I waited in the 88 degree parking lot for those 20 minutes. Nobody came. I left at 1pm. What a waste of time and gas mileage. At 1:45pm, I got a callback where the voicemail was left mid-sentence and simply hung up - not a technical glitch, just someone ending the call before finishing their own message. No apology, no explanation. Apparently this "specialist" medical office runs through a highly unprofessional call center, which seems to compound their local shortcomings, unfortunately. I looked into other reviews and my experience today seems to fit a pattern, not just a one-off mistake. Other patients report scheduling breakdowns, rolling up to a closed office, a call center that doesn't relay messages to the local office, etc. Truly looks like a systemic problem, not bad luck. "Tread" carefully here, lol. TL;DR: Being confirmed multiple times and then stood up entirely is inexcusable for a medical office. I can't recommend this practice.

Physicians Footcare - The "6:05" clock is truly the icing on this cake. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I was standing in front of the check in window as the check in lady told me she will be with me. She was browsing to some of her desk paper works. I patiently waited until after 4 minutes she asked my name to check me in. She told me she will reschedule my appointment as I was 10 mins late. I POINTED HER THE COMPUTER SCREEN BEHIND HER AND ON THE SCREEN 7:09 AM. he did not check me in when I came to her. she went and spoked with the doctor twice and came back asking paper works that no instructions or nothing mentioned when they called me in for my appointment. No emails, no mails for any paper works. Dr Daniel Miller came out and swinging his hands in the air looked at me and said " i will work you in but you have to wait as im still trying to start my computer " he pointed his fingers to me and said fill out those Paperworks. I was humiliated as a person and a professional, disrespected from the staff and from the podiatrist did not treat me right, lied about their service and trying to rescheduled me due to the fact they were not the one not ready to see patients as other staffs still walking in, lobby lights still off. Lights by the receptionist desks are on. I decided to leave as II will not put my health under the hands of people who will talk down to their clients.
