Price is reasonable and about the same as the other 2 quotes I got. I like how they accept credit card payment if you are trying to maximize credit points. You can also save 2% of you opt to pay in cash. Install went well overall. There were some hiccups but they did come out immediately go address any concerns. I thought I was going to have to wait a long time for an appointment as it is summer, but he had a gentleman, Adam, out to us the next morning. Adam arrived at 8, on time, professional, called before he arrived. We had asked because we needed to lock up the dogs. Adam looked at our air conditioner and immediately identified the problem, explained it and took care of everything. He wore foot protection and cleaned up everything. The price was very reasonable and Adam recommended cleaning once a year and changing the filters twice a year. I highly recommend this company.

    Tim is a good Heating and Plumbing guy however, We had him come to our home to work on our…read moreheating system a couple of times and the last time he came we got the " I will have to get back to on if I can get parts for you system" It never happened... no call, no return of numerous follow up calls. The system had a leaking drain valve and was leaking such that I had to vacuum up the water every 8 hrs to prevent flooding in the attic. This was in the middle of the winter too... Other plumbers came and said I needed a new system... I ultimately had to figure out how to fix the system myself. It was literally $12 worth of parts from Home Depot and a little time to fix. We thought this was a "hey it's the middle of winter and I am booked" situation but a courtesy call or return of a call from Tim should have been made. We just called him again about some water pressure questions the other day thinking we would give him another chance. No return call from Tim to date. While Tim is a good plumber I can't recommend someone who leaves a client hanging to bad too as he is a nice guy...

He assured me he could fix it and come in behind the vanity well as it turned out, his first job was a fail because of what he assured me he could do he did not, and it also caused many holes in my attic to try and find the pipes connected to my sink. Unless I decided to give him a second chance for my downstairs bath to put in a pedestal sink in a toilet Now my downstairs bathroom, everything was nice and leveled before we started the work of changing out sink is nice and level the toilet however is pitched so that it is the furthest thing from I've seen any object in my life and because of it I also hear unusual sounds as if no seal in the the smells trying not to be a pain in the behind and give him some leeway. I let it go, but now I'm trying to sell my house and I realize that there's no way the way this was done is going to pass inspection. I called and asked him to help me now keep in mind I'm 72 and I only have one function arm because of a complete torn bicep in my left arm and on the left and he basically told me that I can't call him back this far out in time to fix it So in essence, I advised him changed. I just can't live with it fear is the inspector won't pass and he basically said too wanna be You So my advice to anybody is do not hire do not hire!!!!!!

    If I could, I'd give 5 stars for repair and 1 star for service…read more Service: Over the years I've tried several times to schedule routine maintenance, and every time the wait is 4+ months -- basically making it impossible to get seasonal maintenance done unless you book a year in advance. After paying for a repair estimate, the technician told me the best solution for my issue was to keep up with routine maintenance. On that basis, I was sold a Comfort360 support plan at $40/month, which states in the contract: "Provider will provide you with priority service in scheduling your maintenance and emergency repair appointments over non-Comfort 360 customers." Nevertheless, Nicholson informed me that the AC maintenance appointment I'd scheduled in April would remain in August and couldn't be pulled in by even a single day. Unless every appointment booked through August is for a Comfort360 customer, they are clearly not giving Comfort360 customers priority. You can verify this yourself by scheduling maintenance on their website -- whether you indicate you're a member or not, you're given the same service dates. If you're going to sell a premium service plan, you ought to carve out dedicated appointment slots for members rather than sharing a common pool between members and non-members. Repair: I've used Nicholson for both plumbing and HVAC repairs and have always found the technicians to be honest and fair when describing my options. This stands in contrast to some providers that try to sell products and services the customer doesn't need.

They used to care about customer service but now don't. I wouldn't waste my money!!!
