I don't really care for getting my legs and feet massaged (personal preference). She addressed my neck, back, and shoulders with a deep tissue massage. I felt her hitting all of the knots and releasing them. There was pain, but it was the "good pain." I instead told of the areas I wanted work on, neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, feet if time permits. The room itself is nice and dark with low light. Comfy table..nice smell, music choice I liked. The only distraction was the A/C fan that is loud..not relaxing to me..but I eventually got used to it..it also would turn off at times. Massage wise the pressure was perfect. Felt great on the parts she worked on. However I felt she worked on some body parts alot more than needed and not enough on other parts.. regarding my feet got pressure points pressed but no massage.
