We have been doing business with Justin for two years, and every single year it is the same frustrating experience -- he is NEVER available. Not occasionally busy. Not hard to reach during peak season. Completely unavailable. You cannot simply call and speak to him. You must schedule an appointment through his call service, and the earliest availability is typically three weeks out -- just to have a conversation. Three weeks to speak to someone who is supposed to be managing your financial matters is unacceptable. When you are dealing with financial planning and legacy decisions, responsiveness matters. Well, I rated them 5 stars at the beginning of the year after our initial decision to go with them. Now, 7 months in, I couldn't be more disappointed. It has cost me small fortune to follow their advice and switch from a plan with a slightly higher deductions from my monthly SS check to save some monthly dollars. They talk a great game but gave me poor advice. Thousands of dollars of testes which I have every year and used to be completely covered, now cost me hundreds in co-pays. Excellent company to deal with! I will start with how professional their appointment scheduler was. Pleasant, easy to deal with. The agent Brian Saben was our agent that came to the house. He was EXCELLENT!! Answered every question and took all of the confusion of signing up for Medicare supplement. I hope we deal with him on many things in the future. read more
