Its dirty and the attitudes are bad. We took friends there to do their laundry as we go there all the time as well. My husband went in to see if our friends were done. Jays said to him you can't hang out here. Called the police and trespasses him. We are never going there again and are telling all our friends as well. Its a dump. I have been to this laundry in past 6 months. Just moved to area Jan 2021. The manager that is there have very bad customer service skills and bad attitude. The business is not clean and more than 50% of machines are marked out of order and very old. I was there a few days ago and was yelled and screamed at by a man and the lady he was with who also was customers and no doubt both had mental issues. After a initial yelling the man started with me for not excusing passing in front of him but a short time later the man verbally abused an elderly man for looking at his woman. After I came to pick up my dry clothes the woman started up again screaming at me and telling me to leave the store? All this time the manager was there but did nothing. I questioned her after why she did not do anything. Her answer....I didn't hear what the customer was saying to me? It is a small store everyone heard. I go to that store because it is near my apt. I will never go back to Sun Laundry. I don't have a car but willing to pay a taxi to take me to another Laundry store. there is security that is at that mall every day. HI, my name I Aliecia Edwards and I am a regular at your coin laundry as I live in the apartment adjacent behind the McDonalds. Normally a sweet asian/indian I believe lady is who is here and gives the best customer service. This time I am here and there is a african descent man and woman here, I use the same type of machine every time I come here. One for 5.25 and one for 2.50 . Well I put 1.75 x3 as stated on the machine and it doesnt not start, I also put $2.50 in the other and it works perfectly. I immediately notify your on hand staff, instantly the man (who would not give me his name) tells me I am lying and confused.  Not only am I offended but i assured him I'm capable of counting to 3. He ask me to put I an additional $1.75 and the machine start. Well I count out the change from the $20 I changed in you machine, and what I missing is exactly $1.75 the man refused to count the change but the the lady does and agrees but says she does not make the decision to give a refund the man does. I also show him the receipt from publix of me getting cash back of $30 and the $10 bill that I did not change out and ask for my refund. He tells me he has seen this scam before my receipt is a fraud. He then tells me he will call the cops, as I'm standing at the front  window and I'm blocking his exit of the swinging door. Which is off to the side of where I am standing. I ask to speak to the lady Linda I believe who always willing to help(Ive never had an issue here before btw) ,or to go up the chain of comand to someone who will help and not insult me by calling me a liar. I work 5 days a week plus I go to college here so I can count. I would like my $1.75 refunded for the principle of the situation. I'll give them this and only this. The floor was clean. I get there and all you see is hand written out of order signs on Post It Notes. They raised the rate. Their is no lights on. Just as my wash starts I smell Cigg. smoke. Alright it is like coming out of an air duct. I'm like Great my bedding is going to smell before I get out of here. THEN THE RAP MUSIC STARTS BLARING The $6.00 machine does" NOT" spin the water out. " I say to myself I know this game it's so I spend more in drying, O.K. I'll play this game. As I fight to get a dryer to start working I'm like ARE You For Real? Next dryer starts then stops with a groan. Next dryer takes my quarter. Big whiff of Cigg. smoke I look and it's a female that is just sitting inside at the front bench smoking. Then she jumps up and starts taking a photo. ?????? Now I have to go to restroom, Lock is taped so as you can not lock the door. Attendant said they lost the key so they taped it up so as it will not lock. Then he try's to pet my service dog. All 3 dryers stop, just as I suspected $.75 per dryer doesn't even begin to dry anything. Now here comes supposedly the owner and and a woman. I tell the woman this dryer won't turn, and this dryer flat took my quarter. "She says we don't give refunds." I said I didn't figure you did. Then she looks at the dryer in the middle of the 3 that I was using and says. Your not to do pillows in here. I said really I didn't see any sign. No she says I need to make them. I asked and why do you not allow washing of pillows? She reply's they explode. I said you need not worry for I'll never be back here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If your equipment would work, the people weren't smoking in here and playing rap music and you worry about people washing pillows. She walked away.
