Unfortunately, she is one of those sharks that are ready to quick talk you and take your money (that's what she did - and skim off my money she did). He is one of those rare people working with the public who is genuinely interested in helping and is (still) energetic and creative. His warm smile of greeting to customers is not at all rote and he really listens. What's more, he understands the bank and its services very well so he's altogether a very valuable staff member.
