I paid this woman 475.00 and had to pay another179.00 to h and r to fix errors that should not have been made. Needless to say I am not happy and would recommend having your taxes checked over if done here.

I then sent my final voicemail and email, requesting an update or returning my documents in order to take these to someone else. The email address provided by Debra Lorens herself is off of her business card. When they finally replied on June 30th, I was TOLD via email... "Hi! We just searched for your paperwork and did not find it. After some searching your email was sent to our "external mail" We are unable to read the IRA distribution paper and will need you to resend it. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience." I'm more than livid at the lack of professionalism, communication, and follow through. I understand tax time is a busy season, but it's no excuse for lacking customer service. Unfortunately this came after having recommended this office to most of my contacts. NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICES SERVICES!

Great customer service here. I dropped off all my pepper work one day and my taxes were done the…read morenext. I was a big fan of not having to wait around to get them done. A week later i got a letter from the IRS saying i didn't submit a form, when i told Electro tax they helped me figure out what it was for and where i could find it. (it was my fault it wasn't submitted not theirs)...Then they kept me in the loop on when it was OK'd by the IRS and when i should expect my refund. Very helpful, will definitely use them again.
