It's beginning to wear on me that I better travel the extra mile to the location in Pasadena than…read morehere because simply when I visit a bank I want to be able to cash in my checks, make a deposit, withdraw some money and handle my personal finance business without any issues. However, I don't see how I could do something like that if the staff here continuously tells me that they can't split half of my check into my savings and checking account, I'm being hounded about how I need to open up a credit account in order to establish credit and that the polite, friendly manner of the staff is always inconsistent. Phillip, the guy at the desk acted like it caused him pain to carry a casual conversation with me. Now, that's a problem for me. Also, when I'm speaking with one of the tellers, I don't want my business to be plastered all over the building, so everybody in the bank can know what my account balance is in my checking and savings account. Tellers here need to learn how to use their inside voice when telling a customer their business. Not to mention, the interior is so dead and plain it makes you feel empty on the inside.
