After speaking to the fraud department and learning that the manager was the only one that could help our situation, I went to the branch to speak with her. She lied to me, saying that there was nothing that she could do, became argumentative, and literally laughed at me. I feel for her employees. She either has not hired enough staff or does not know how to schedule properly. Her tellers cover both the lobby and drive through. She remains sitting at her desk with the lobby and drive through packed, while her employees are forced to work harder than they should have.
