As we finished up, the drawer opened so I could retrieve a receipt and my driver's license. I asked the TDECU agent a question as I grabbed my driver's license and she quickly slammed the drawer shut, barely missing my hand. I made a complaint about it at TDECU.org and I was hoping to be contacted about it but I haven't heard anything yet.
