The telephone quotes are rarely accurate; rarely include the necessary add-ons that will be necessary, and NO ONE wears a Covid-mask. No one. Expect to pay 20-25% more than the telephone quote for your rental and wear an N-95 mask to protect yourself since they won't. Eyes wide open. read more

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Last year I bought a riding mower from them at a GREAT price. I've had it back for servicing and blade sharpening and they get it right in, do a great job and are reasonably priced!! read more

I took my Stihl weed wacker to Sun Rental for a simple repair. After two weeks the finally ordered some of the parts. They were still missing a gasket (which can be made by hand) and they wouldn't order it. After three weeks I finally picked it up today to take it to another shop. It was in pieces. About 3 weeks ago i called Sun rentals in Colville Wa. and ordered 3 parts it took about a half hour to get them ordered.I keep calling them to see how long it would be till my parts came in, they said a week or two. They called me on Wed.after 2 weeks and said 1 of my pulleys came in.So fri. i drove to Colville and went in and they told me they only ordered 1 pulley i said i had talked to them 3 times on the phone about these parts he said it wasn't his f--king problem but i had talked to him on the phone 3 different times so i said i would take the one pulley i knew the price was 61.00 and some change. he said the price was 121.00 and some change i said why he said shipping and handling and over night charge (it took 2 weeks to get in) i said no thanks and he started cussing at me all the way out the store. i've never been treated so rude by a business owner. by the way this is the second time they have screwed up a order. read more

Don't be like me and use this company for convenience (not a lot of options for wedding rentals in Ferry County). They inserted my home address as the wedding venue even though I told them where the wedding was taking place and subsequently showed up 2 hours late to set up for my wedding. Five minutes into set-up they realized they forgot a tent and made me wait another 4 hours so instead of starting set-up at 9:30 a.m. as promised they finished at 4:30 p.m. (they only finished at that time because my family took it upon themselves to help put up tents, chairs, tables, etc.). They had a terrible attitude during the whole process and when we mentioned how dirty the equipment was they threatened to take it back (exactly what every bride wants to hear). When I asked Joe, the manager, for a little compensation to make up for the overall horrible experience he said no and cited fuel costs as his reasoning even though it wasn't my fault they forgot the tent. Truly terrible customer service; take my advice and rent from someone else! read more
