Couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone so had to go in. Jolee helped me. She got on phone with customer service to request a refund. Well they were giving her a hard time. They told her I'd have to email them my bank statement to get a refund. But I wasn't guaranteed my money back. Well I know that if it were some one or someplace else they would have given me the email address and tell me the same nonsense that was told to her. NO, Instead she insisted the situation be handled differently. I guess you could say "she had my back". She wasn't rude to them she just stated that it was wrong and that I shouldn't have to go thru all that drama. She got their franchise director on the phone and he apologized and said he would mail me a check. Thank you Jolee!!!!

Even though they were closing soon, Kara told me she'd stay and call me as soon as the power was back. About 30-45 minutes later, Kara called to say the power briefly returned but went out again. Knowing I had a wedding to go to the next day, she offered to come to my house for a personal spray tan. Kara and her husband showed up at my house shortly after; he helped carry in her equipment and then headed out to pick up dinner for their family. Kara did an amazing job with the spray tan, it turned out beautiful, and I was perfectly ready for the wedding. This is exactly why small towns are special, having business owners like Kara who genuinely care and go the extra mile. We're truly lucky to have someone as thoughtful as her in our community.
