Appliances Plus Audio was one of the few places that carried this brand. I brought in a specification sheet with the model wanted. Although there were no floor models to inspect, warehouse manager Luis knew this product, thoughtfully citing its pluses and minuses. Then sold on Bosch, he quoted a fair price.
