I called back on Tuesday the 14th and was told that two commercial customers had come in and they have priority so it would be a couple more days before they could tell me anything. I waited till Thursday the 16th and was told they still had not got to it and there was still two customers before me. Again, I called on Monday and was told as a favor to me they would move me up and look at it on Tues. To make a long story short, they called me on the 21st and said they needed the service paid for to the tune of $820.26 . Their stated hourly rate is somewhere around $110.00. So once they got around to looking and finding the problem it took them nine days to repair the mower and yet they were able to repair the mower in less than a day, which to replace the blades, a new belt and a pulley and change the oil and filter cost me almost $500.00 In other words, I would never go back here again ever and would tell anyone else the same.

We only needed the belt replaced. Instead, they padded the bill with excessive labor charges. This kind of behavior is unethical and deceptive. In our experience, AGPRO Newnan took advantage of our trust and charged for services that were unnecessary and/or already done. Buyers beware -- get every quote in writing and take photos before service.
