I had been in the store a couple of days before and I had just earned 2 rewards (hence why I was in the store today.) But i wanted to buy a new body spray so I typed in my phone number and still no rewards. I bought my products and went back to my car. Checked my phone and I did have two rewards! Must be something wrong on their end. I got home to use this body spray and it had leaked all over the bag. The top was never secured on. So I didn't get to use my rewards and bought faulty product. Not very happy.

Dan, the manager, suggested I contact the company to ask for a free replacement, based on the lifetime warranty. He gave an information sheet with the website highlighted. I submitted the warranty claim and the very next day Le Creuset's customer sevice department sent me an email saying my claim had been approved and I would receive an exact replacement in a week. Impressive warranty, and impressive customer service, both at the store and from corporate. Also, I enjoyed chatting with Dan about food and cooking.
