Naples Shutter is a great company. Period. I had shutters that were not functioning properly. I…read morecalled MANY shutter companies in Naples area to see if they could repair them. They all started with the same question: did we install them? If not, then they don't want to help. I calld Naples Shutter and what I was told was "bring them in honey, we'll fix them". Perfect. They did repair the shutter, replaced some bad louvers, and repainted it. I was very happy. However, when I installed it another louver became loose. I subsequently noticed another shutter had bad louvers as well. When I called to tell them the shutter they repaired failed at home, and I had another shutter to repair as well I was again told: " Honey, bring them in, we'll fix them". Unfortunately, due to travel I was not able to get back to them until almost a month later with both shutters. Nonetheless, I dropped them both off with notes about the bad louvers, and noted how one failed when I installed it. Shortly thereafter I was called and told they were both repaired. When I got them I was told there was no charge! I persisted, but they would not take any payment. Instead I was told, "We just want to make sure you're well. We're a family owned business, and we stand by our work". I was really taken by their integrity and pride of work. Naples Shutter is an honest, fair, reputable, straight-up, family owned business.
