He came back and typed it wrong, I told him it was incorrect and he cut me off and asked for my phone number. I gave it to him and he started typing that wrong too. I said, no that isnt right. He turned and looked at me like he was ready to fight. I asked him why he was looking at me like that, he didn't answer, just huffed and puffed as he walked away. I went in to speak to the manager and the manager said it was busy and the guy was stressed. At this moment the guy walked inside and popped off at the mouth in front of his boss and tried to tell me to leave. I told the manager that this was exactly the time of stuff that costs places business. The manager blamed lack of staffing and the sun....the SUN for the problem. The guy with attitude is a short white dude with a ratty beard and little beady eyes. Beware of this little hot head. He seems like he is in a hurry to fight. This joint has 2 stars in Yelp, now I guess I see why.

The front end, windshield and mirrors were still loaded with bugs, so I drove around to the entrance and showed the attendant and his reply was, since the new owners took over they are not allowed to brush the front of the car and refused to let me go through again. So needless to say, they got their last dollar from me and I would strongly recommend passing by and go down the road to a different car wash.

It is my hope that we can come to a mutually acceptable agreement this week to resolve an issue with odor left behind after using your mat cleaning machine. I will be sharing this unfortunate experience on BBB, Yelp, Google reviews, social media, and neighborhood pages which will be far more impactful than simply ignoring the situation. After using the mat machine on my truck mats, I put the mats in the bed of my truck to dry, while vacuuming out the interior of the truck. I left the mats in the bed of the truck so they would continue to dry on the way home since I live nearby. After returning home, I placed the mats back into the truck cabin. The next day the smell from the mats was overwhelming. The smell has destroyed the cabin of my truck! This morning I went to the site and spoke with your General Manager, Matt. I explained the situation expecting the issue to be made right by having the truck cabin cleaned to rid the odor from the mats. Matt had no clue what to do, so he called your Regional Manager, Dustin, who refused to make things right. Dustin didn't even have the courtesy to speak with me on the phone. I have been a loyal customer of this facility for at least two years. The lack of service and the complacency (Matt didn't even have the decency to put down the cigar he was smoking in order to speak with me), I received when trying to rectify the issue with your staff is deplorable.
