They agreed to cut up my trees and haul the debris out to my curb. They not only charged a reasonable price, but did a thorough cleanup job. I have also used their service a few more times since . Since week before last Freddy, the owner, promised he would show up and cut the grass but never…read moredid. This is the third week and I haven't heard from him so I text him this morning to see if he was coming and he said yest but it would be 60.00 instead of 40.00 and didn't give a reason. I had taken pictures and sent him two weeks ago when he asked if the grass was tall since his last time out to show him it wasn't tall at all. So obviously he waited until it grew to try and bully me into paying the 60.00 today. He knows I am disabled and can not cut my grass he was just going to strong arm me at the last minute to make me pay almost double or not cut my grass at all. I responded to his poor business practice kindly and he ghosted me. He did start out great and provide good service but literally the ring cameras she the work is always less than 10 minutes for 40 dollars and now he wants the same service for 60.00. He did start out with good service because most of his customers are in my neighborhood and would come buy and cut whenever he wanted but then figured if he raised the cost at the last second he could get an extra 20.00. For the poor service if saying multiple times (since the week before last) that he never showed up when he said he would he should have maybe cut and then said going forward my rate will increase but the service should increase if he is going to increase the price but it didn't. It's a shame because in the beginning, like most lawn care companies. They start out good and then get lazy. The fact that he assured me he would be by these last few weeks and didn't show up or call to reschedule just shows how much he cares about his clients. I should have let hom cut it and pay the 40 and tell him mot to come back but unlike him I am an honest person but now I am picking up his problem that he created because I counted on his word. Eventually no one will hire him again if he continues this type of practice. If someone shared this information with me and I was checking on here looking for good reviews I don't think I would call them. I think I would save myself the time have having to deal with his poor business practice in the future and scroll on to find someone that keeps the word and doesn't try to blackmail you into paying 50% more to get it done on the third week after breaking so many promises. Don't wait fir the third week in a row and then charge more on the day that he "promised" to come out again and then threaten not to come out unless I pay a 50% rate more.
