I had a 12'x16' delivered, and I did not get all the features that was mentioned on the invoice, they left a few things out, and try to play it off, that we did not talked about the extra features, when we had it listed on the invoice. They send someone out to take care of all the features they charged me for. Now having to deal with lots of hidden charges at the end. This was a recent purchase around March 18, 2026. Buyer beware, you are on your own once you receive this shed. I purchased a 10x24' Suncrest shed from Backyard Depot (Miramar) in 2018. The roof fail and developed several leaks. When I could not get help from the distributor I reached out to Suncrest (Mfg). The roof is within there 5 year warranty period, however there position is, "the roof would have failed in the first months if it was a mfg. defect." Never heard from them again after that phone conversation and was put on ignore. I have since hired a roofer to replace roof at my expense, and please not the roof came off in minutes due to low end materials and poor workmen ship. In addition door seals and locks failed as well. read more
