Note this is a food truck often parked just east of the the intersection of highway 9 and highway 58. She has it nicely painted and appears to run a very clean kitchen. I'd love to see an egg and cheese croissant though. I'd definitely buy them all! There are a couple of tables inside. The flavors are fantastic to prove the time and effort put into these ingredients. The pineapples have a special seasoning that you'll only find with this cuisine. The chicken wrap I ordered has such a great flavor to it you'll want another one immediately. The chicken is marinated for up to 24 hours before it's then specially roasted and basted several times over. The flavor definitely shines through. There's a sauce added to give it a little Oklahoma flair and it compliments the wrap perfectly. This is definitely a place to seek out and try.
