I ordered some flowers for my mother's 60th birthday for same day delivery. I live out of country and ordering things for delivery can always be difficult cause they want a US phone number and I always give my mom's, but when you are trying to keep it a surprise, it makes it a little more difficult. Natalie was fantastic about contacting me over email instead of calling and keeping me up-to-date about delivery. She originally told me, due to a wedding, she wouldn't be able to do the delivery on Saturday, but hours later, she got done early and scheduled the delivery. I visited with Cindy G at Sunflower Flats the day before the funeral for a friend's mother. I had an idea of what I wanted the appearance of the arrangement to be and brainstormed with Cindy. She was SO accommodating. First, she was very pleasant to work with. She did everything possible to help me get the design I was attempting to achieve. She had ideas of flowers to work with and a lovely suggestion of color which proved to be just the right choice. I asked Cindy if she would be able to send me a picture of the finished arrangement as I was not going to be able to attend the service - I loved it. I also asked if she would be able to deliver the flowers to the church before the service began, which was 11:00 the next morning. Finally, I gave her my budget. So, to review... Cindy was extremely accommodating, she had an amazing ability to create an arrangement that matched my "vision", she took extra steps to assist me since I would not be able to attend the service, she would have the flowers delivered an hour and a half before the service, AND she came in under budget. THAT IS SERVICE!!!! Sunflower Flats will be getting in my "Little Black Book" of great services and I will also be sharing their name with friends and family. Thank you again, Cindy! read more

Sunflower Flats did an amazing job with my wedding! I gave Cindy loose instructions (like I loved farmer's market flowers and bright colors) and she designed everything from there. So easy to work with! The finished products included my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, mom and mother in law bracelets, flower girl stuff, boutonnieres, all the reception flowers and a beautiful curly arch decorated in dahlias for the ceremony. Sunflower flats did such an incredible job on the flowers for my wedding in May 2016. Natalie was extremely accommodating and prompt in answering all my questions and she and her mother worked hard to make sure my bouquet was what I wanted.
