Sue appeared to be very distracted. She kept looking over her shoulder and watching was everyone else was doing. Every other tech seemed to be focused on their client but she appeared to be all over the place. She spent zero time clipping my cuticles. She filed, scrubbed, and rushed to paint. She started to paint my nails and then tried to go back and clip a few. Then after 3 toes she stopped. They did however look neat when she was finished. The best thing about then pedicure was the massage. After my pedicure, Summer (my nail tech), still wasn't finished her previous client. Come to find out that client was going to get a polish change with another tech but that tech was busy so Summer did it instead. I waited for about 15 mins. When it was time for me she apologized for the wait. Over all my nails were done nice. However, she was not as neat as May. I had left over nail powder residue on my hands. They charged me $5 for the curved nail anyway! & basically added on a bunch of random charges that I've never heard of. When you question a charge they all run over and jump at you with explanations. The atmosphere has a weird energy and feels as if they don't like their customers & don't care to give good service but use a shoulder massage at the end as a mental stimulation to justify a tip for crappy service. I've always been a great tipper but with this service I denied the massage and gave $5 as opposed to the $20 I would have given if I wasn't overcharged for poor cheap quality. It's clear that they talk about you right after you question anything and laugh hysterically in your face while not even paying attention to your nails at all. This has been at least half of the women there that I've had this experience with. The best part is, I've come here for convenience maybe four times in the past year, and nails have ALWAYS started breaking within a few days. They won't fix your nail if it's been seven days since your service, even though you still have to work, take care of children and find time to get your nails fixed that you just paid for all in the same week. The shape is not the same on all, some are wise some are thin. Some are angled to the side instead of being straight. The polish applied looks awful in my opinion. The color is beautiful and I appreciate the tiny design, but aside from that, I hate these nails and don't intend on returning. Also, the whole process was rushed and the employees had an attitude and were rude when I entered. Their studies were fine by the end of the nail session. However I also witness them get rude with another client that came in after me. I also didn't like that they made me pay halfway through the service.
