The first time I had an amazing experience. I was referred here by a coworker who suggest I let May do my nails. I arrived for my appointment and was immediately started. Everything was GREAT! I have zero complaints. I got a dip powder manicure and gel pedicure. My nails lasted for at least 3 weeks without chipping of any sort. So, I was excited to come again. However, this experience was slightly different. I was sad to learn that May no longer worked there and I would have to see someone else. I was also told Summer did nice nails so I booked with her. I was started as soon as walked in and Sue did my pedicure. At the end of the day the pedicure was ok and ended up looking nice. There were just a few things I didn't like. Sue appeared to be very distracted. She kept looking over her shoulder and watching was everyone else was doing. Every other tech seemed to be focused on their client but she appeared to be all over the place. She spent zero time clipping my cuticles. She filed, scrubbed, and rushed to paint. She started to paint my nails and then tried to go back and clip a few. Then after 3 toes she stopped. They did however look neat when she was finished. The best thing about then pedicure was the massage. After my pedicure, Summer (my nail tech), still wasn't finished her previous client. Come to find out that client was going to get a polish change with another tech but that tech was busy so Summer did it instead. I waited for about 15 mins. When it was time for me she apologized for the wait. Over all my nails were done nice. However, she was not as neat as May. I had left over nail powder residue on my hands. I did not have any of this before. Hopefully they last as long as they did the last time. I will def go back and hopefully not have these problems again.

This was not a promotional voucher or some free reward. It was a first-party gift certificate that someone paid real money for. Since when does the money someone paid to a business "expire"? Keeping the money while refusing the service is nothing short of theft. Absolutely terrible business practice and an awful way to treat customers, especially a mother trying to enjoy a rare day for herself. Avoid at all costs.

So I came back the next day to ask her to just redo them and to shape them how I wanted her to shape the mind you she charged me $50 for short almond nails with a white tip on them and I even tipped $10 for them. She proceeded to yell at me saying none of her customers ever came back to her, asking her to redo nails and that I'm the first one as she was just so out of proportion acting crazy yelling at me in front of others and even when I was the last one in the shop basically telling me that there's nothing wrong with clearly there was even the first lady when I walked in there she saw there was something wrong with my nails and called her over. This is what my nails look like directly from walking out the door getting them done. The pinky's and thumbs are significantly longer on one hand than the other. The shape is not the same on all, some are wise some are thin. Some are angled to the side instead of being straight. The polish applied looks awful in my opinion. The color is beautiful and I appreciate the tiny design, but aside from that, I hate these nails and don't intend on returning. Also, the whole process was rushed and the employees had an attitude and were rude when I entered. Their studies were fine by the end of the nail session. However I also witness them get rude with another client that came in after me. I also didn't like that they made me pay halfway through the service. It was very unsettling and it didn't give room for me to ask for anything additionally to added/ changed.

The don't get new colors very often, but they did just get a couple new collections (Iceland OPI as well as the Washington DC OPI) which are pretty cute. If they do have fancier options like the wave or metallic colors, they hide them on the shelf, so just ask.

Apple was the owner and she great, always pleasant, great nail technician, always made sure her customers were satisfied and knew all of her customers by name. This new owner seemed to have an attitude. She didn't speak to me at all while doing my nails; only to the other workers in their native language. I at least expect when someone is paying you for a service that you thank them and ask are they satisfied with the service you provided but no to all of the above.
