Life challenges, COVID, and our needs made it for a long, frustrating journey. Our realtor went above and beyond, accommodating our hectic schedules.....often meeting on Sunday's or after hours to show us listings. Time after time of looking at things that werent the right fit, the time finally came when we looked at a place (Easter Sunday nonetheless). She couldnt have made the transition easier and seamless. Then, once we thought we had the challenging part out if the way, we then had her represent us in selling our house. Again, after we vacated the house, she helped us find someone to clean, stage, and take photos. Her and her team were noting short of masterful getting the house on the market in 3 days. We had INCREDIBLE exposure, with 40 showings in 4 days and 8 offers.....all over asking. We ended up selling our house for DOUBLE what we purchased it for. Once we selected the right offer, she then coordinated all the necessary inspections, keeping us in the loop every time someone was entering the house and making sure we were in constant contact. Our house needed several things to get it up to par, but she had the proper professional's, and were reasonably priced to get the jobs done in right away. I can't say enough great things about her and her team. They are the real MVP's......if you need help and are looking at buying or selling, I would say that you would be doing yourself an injustice by using anyone else.
