For example, I bought a pair of Burberry sunglasses and they were able to customize them to my prescription and tint them just right so they looked like the original lenses. In addition, they are amazing at repairs. Not only do they typically give my glasses a basic tune-up of tightening and shining while I shop, but they also can make miracle repairs with lost causes. One time at a party someone bumped into me and knocked my glasses off, then promptly stepped on them. They were flattened immediately. Hendricks and Sidebottoms got them new lenses and managed reshape the frame back. Finally, these are good honest people that work here and it has that charm of a small business that is lost nowadays with all the chains and rotating employee schedules.

I would use cool-sounding adjectives such as "committed" and "mission-focused" to describe my experience there. I ended up getting replacement lenses, and they worked much better. She was great at explaining the way the eye heals and what to expect, especially after the first eye was done, and I was waiting for the second eye to be operated on - that was a pretty weird experience! Everyone there is very helpful and the atmosphere is calm, plenty of beverages to enjoy in the waiting room. Great selection of frames. I need to go back and order a frame with my new prescription. Two weeks later his glasses were ready, theft helped right away getting adjusted so they're comfortable, and...done. We parked in the free garage across the street both times. The selection of frames that they have is better than any other store on the Main Line that I visited. They have your standard brands, (Ray Ban), bargain brands, high end designer brands (Gucci), minimalist brands, and some brands that are only sold in a handful of shops across the globe (seriously, Lunor, look them up!). They were so patient with me as I tried to choose my frames and even let me switch the color of my frames after I had already bought them! The fit of the lenses is also fantastic. They really make sure the prescription fits your eyes - I've never had glasses that I see better out of. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for quality glasses, great lenses, and fantastic service!
