The frame screw fell out, which loosened the lens in my eyeglasses. A spare pair just needed tightening. A friendly and gracious associate greeted me, assessed the situation and offered me a water while I waited. In no time at all, my glasses were ready and I was on my way. I never had such a big problem. My dog ​​stopped and marked the area on the grass next to the building. Unfortunately, he peed lightly on the building. It was a small dog, weighing less than 2 kg. It was literally drops. The woman working in the shop ran out and very arrogantly pointed out to me. I apologized and said its a small dog. The woman was rude and insolent. Bad service. I…read morepurchased brand-name prescription glasses here for over $500 and was told at the time of sale that they included a warranty. Later when I called to use my warranty, the lady on the phone refused service and denied that the receptionist who sold me the glasses had offered any warranty. I got the run around when she then seemed like she would make good on the store's word. They instead sent me a bill and held my glasses without service until I paid. I demanded not to pay and got my spectacles back without repair/service/warranty. The shop looks very nice from the outside, but based on this experience I cannot recommend Occhiali Opticiens. Would steer clear if you expect them to guarantee any warranty or service. Won't be back.
