All office staff are rude, Jada, Claudia Murillo, Amari, and Dezerin Grayer. They can force students to move out with seven days' notice. If you happen to be home (1,000 miles away) for the summer, they will move your belongings for you and charge you, never even giving you a chance to fly down and do it yourself because they give you impossible timeframes. This is not a rent issue. My daughter's rent and bills are paid to date and have never been late. They only notify co-signors via email when it's convenient, otherwise they only email students so they can bully them. When there are two people on the lease, ALL parties should receive ALL correspondence. They switch apartments after they are assigned on a signed and executed lease. Then when you call relentlessly, they dodge calls and become evasive. They only get away with this because it's Florida and they are dealing with students. Never again! And the positive reviews here are fabrications from the students that work there and are asked to leave a positive review.

After four months of my son uploading the renters insurance documents each month and four months of Bellamy charging an extra $25 a month they said he finally uploaded the documents correctly and said that even though the policy showed coverage for those months and no lapse in coverage they couldn't reimburse the extra $100 they charged. The apartments are so clean and beautiful. Sure, this place isn't new but it is well kept. There are always people cleaning, maintaining the property, and making this place look so beautiful. I love my apartment and they provide pest control and maintenance is there for any needs you may have. When I moved in I was expecting it to be a little less than perfect since it's a cheaper price point but I'm telling you everything was cleaned to perfection. Again, this place isn't new but they do their very best to provide every tenant with the best. They carpet cleaned and repainted everything. The air conditioning unit is like new and there are new ceiling fans in the rooms. If you have a one bedroom you may have a huge screened in porch. I just love everything about it.
