To my surprise, 30% of my lashes had fallen out in the following two days, and by day nine I had lost 70%! I called the studio and explained my concern hoping that they would assume some responsibility and offer a complimentary half-price refill or something else. However, I was astonished when they told me that I would probably pay $85 since I lost lots of lashes. Really? First, I didn't have a good impression of the place when I arrived. I had to fill out a disclaimer without a clipboard (because they didn't have one). It didn't look clean as you expect of a beauty salon. I had to ask for relaxing music in the background and to turn on the air conditioning. That was a waste of money! I should have had a full refund! Getting my lashes was a gift from my husband for my birthday which vanished on day 11th. I canceled my refill appointment, and I will never go back to this place. I didn't want to write this, but every time I remember I could've used that money for something else or donated the money to a good cause, it makes me upset. Finally, look for another salon, this is not the one!

If her office opens at 9:00 and you have a 9:30 spot how do you get 45 mins behind already? I've worked in the medical profession for 40 years and understand that things can happen to cause the doctor to run late, but at least inform your patients and let them make the choice to stay or reschedule. We all have busy schedules these days but a little professionalism and common courtesy go a long way to keep your patients informed and coming back for return appointments.

I first reached out to Melinda asking if I could come see the tanning beds before I committed to a membership and she was very hesitant in letting me do so. However, she let me come in and take a look and the second I got there she was so short with me and told me "I have groceries in the car so I only have a few minutes" in the sassiest way. I looked over the salon and it's pretty trashy but it was close to my home and convenient that it's 24/7 so I payed for the membership. However, when I tanned for the first time the tanning bed was HORRIBLE. It took 4 minutes out of my 5 minute tanning time to even heat up! I was sitting there on a stone cold old creaking tanning bed! So of course I asked her for a cancellation and refund of my membership to which she replied very rudely and said she would still charge me for the key and one tan and all the fees. Which is understandable but I ended up paying $51.60 for an AWFUL experience! I just feel like normal owners would immediately want to apologize and fix the problem instead of getting mad at ME and my bad experience. She said she would send an email to me explaining the charges. I didn't see the email for a few days so I kindly texted back saying I still hadn't received one and she got SASSY! Instead of showing basic decency, the stylist snapped back saying she was going to block her and that it was "for the best." Over a simple misunderstanding--and on a Sunday, no less. That level of rudeness and lack of professionalism says everything about the energy of this place. If this is how they treat someone who was recommended to them and approached respectfully. A little grace goes a long way, but clearly not everyone here believes in that. The owner at this salon needs a serious reminder of what kindness and professionalism actually look like.
