Drop off service is nice. Quick and convenient. Nice staff and they text u when your laundry is done.

There's a nice way to say no to someone. I pulled up at 7:55 and the woman who works there was looking irate and yelling through the glass door. When i got out of my car she barged outside and yelled "LAST WASH IS AT 8!". I had my phone in my hand and noted that it was 7:55 and asked if i still had time and she let me have it. "My clock says it's past 8! Last wash is at 8!". I was a bit snarky and said "well, last wash is at at least 7:54, but you have a good night". I pulled away while she fumed loudly. Never. Again. And for the record, I've used Yelp for years and this is the first negative review that I've left. I gave myself an hour to cool off and decide if i actually wanted to write this. After an hour i went to their Yelp page and saw I'm not the only one that this woman has been rude to. Whatever the woman's name who is working Friday, aug 6th at 7:55pms name is needs a good talking to by whoever runs that place. So rude. There's a nice way to say no. read more

Couldn't believe! I came to this laundromat and they don't use quarters. You have to buy a card for $2.00 and add money to it like a cc. to use the machines!! I inserted $10 and it charged me $2.00!! What a Fucken rip off!! Never come here again!!! read more

Very FAST laundry service at reasonable prices. Friendly staff does a nice job. They need a larger building so they could handle dry cleaning. It would be nice if you could drop everything off there for cleaning. read more

We went to this laundromat today to wash 3 comforters. I had not been to this laundromat for over a year so I needed a refresher on how things worked. I asked the employee there questions about how to load the card and the machines and she yelled at me telling me that she was extremely busy and could not help me. She was nasty and rude! WOW! I just stood there completely shocked. Another employee who was off the clock apologized for the other woman and helped me out. She was wonderful. There is no need to treat customers like the 1st woman did. Not sure we would ever recommend this laundromat or ever go back. Horrible experience. read more

I'm extremely disappointed by the lack of maintenance on the machines here. I can generally get all my laundry done in under an hour, but on December 30th, 2019 only about half the washers and about a third of the dryers are working. The dryers that are working are so overheated that costumers have to wait longer than a dry cycle takes to add time to drying. I don't know how this business can operate if it can't be bothered to care for its equipment. read more

Small but clean laundromat. Employee was very helpful and assisted me getting the machines started. Had 4 loads to wash and dry and took about 2 hours. TV was on but wasn't loud. Plenty of machines to get your laundry taken care off. Highly recommend this place. read more

Great clean place. It still looks like new! I actually haven't washed my own clothes there yet. I just drop off my work clothes with the wonderful staff. They always get them cleaner than I ever could. read more

Over half of the 50 lb washers were Out of order! For what they charge they should afford to fix them. Had to wait over an hour to wash my comforter due to this. Very disappointing. Thinking I will drive to Valpo next time around. At least there the machines are all fixed!! read more

I visited Sunny Days this morning, it was the first time I have been to a laundromat in years. I had two brand new comforters that were too large for our machine at home. Well the minute I walked in their employee named Sheila approached me and asked if I needed help, she told me what machines to use, what temperature to set the machines for and then when they were done helped me fold them. What a sweet lady. Sunny Days should be very proud of her and appreciate what she does, especially now a days as hard as it is to find good employees. I will definitely be back. read more

I love coming here. It is so clean and the machines work wonderfully. Everyone that works here is so nice and helpful. You have to buy a card to use the machines, which makes it more convenient, I never have to carry quarters with me again. read more

Fairly new laundromat, extremely clean and the machines all worked well. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Lots of washers. No working dryers. And if one of the dyers happens to steal your money, the employees will be rude despite knowing that the dryer you tried to use doesnt work. The employee had left the property in her vehicle and when i told her that 2 of the dryers didnt work she said she knows. I said it stole 75 cents, she got up and went to another lady and talked to her for a second then looked at me wondering where my laundry went, i said i found dryers that work, i wasnt about to wait until you got back to start my dryer i have things i need to do. She said well if i knew that i wouldnt have put a dollar on this card. I said well i didnt know what you were doing, you didnt tell me and i cant read your mind. SHE THEN SAID THAT I NEED TO WAT H MY MOUTH BECAUSE THE LAST PERSON TO TALK TO HER HAD PROBLEMS. I walked away at this point, i refuse to be threatened or disrespected over such a petty issue. Wow.....I had planned on moving and the new place had a new washer and dryer so I gave my old set away. Needless to say the new house deal fell through and I have no washer and dryer anymore until I buy a new set however the dirty clothes kept piling up. So I looked up laundromats near me and I saw Sunny Days!! AND they have full service wash and fold!! and I sure didnt feel like hauling clothes and sitting there waiting for them to get done. So I met with an extremely nice, helpful lady and she took my info and was told to come back in a couple hours and what I got were..... perfectly washed, clean smelling beautiful looking clothes, folded in a way that I could only dream of doing and at a very reasonable price. I will be back, why bother even buying a new washer and dryer?? I found something better. read more
