She loosened up the tight and hurting muscle and I was feeling so much better when I left. When she first started working my shoulder, it was a bit painful but it was because it was so tight, but after about 20 mins, I could actually feel the muscle loosening and it was not as painful. She had to go deep into the muscle to get it to relax. I was so happy that she was able to fit me in, most other places have a wait time but thankfully they had an opening. Annie ROCKS!

We did a 1 hour couples massage, and we chose the luxury package which included the massage, hot stones, Epsom salt, and CBD oil( we declined the cbd oil and went with coconut instead). My husband had the female owner and we noticed when we came in the room a track above our heads with handles. We knew that was for someone to walk on your back- we thought it was an option and it was included. That is the reason for the 4 stars is I wish it was explained to us or we were given a choice for him to not have that because it is a different experience. Everything else was good. We loved the oil, salt scrub and hot stone massages. One thing we liked was that after the oil and scrub they wiped us down with warm wash clothes. We had a massage on a cruise and we were covered in oil when we left it was horrible, so this was a much better experience! The owners/ masseuses were very sweet and kind and accommodating. Just make sure you acknowledge and aware of the type of massage technique you are getting.

The facility is pretty clean and what I love is that they use reflexology and acupressure techniques as part of their massages. I really liked Angela and Jason here and they both had different styles of massages. Angela focused more on acupressure and that was really nice. She also was more thorough with her massage like focusing on the head, face and rest of the body. Jason was great too but he focused more on reflexology. He definitely worked on the knots in my shoulders and back because both were quite stiff. But I think he is a specialist in reflexology because he spent a lot of time on my feet. Feet reflexology is awesome where they focus on the points in your feet and you literally feel so much lighter afterward. Overall I prefer a combination of the acupressure and reflexology and for my massages, definitely their deep tissue is the best. They really know what they are doing. Highly recommend this place!

They looked professional and clean. When we arrived, we filled out a questionnaire where they ask you what areas to focus on and whether you have any medical issues they need to be aware of. This was great because this way, your therapist knows what you expect from your massage. We are so glad we tried this place because our massages were awesome! The massage rooms are clean and we had Lanora and Dan as our therapists. Both were excellent. My husband had Lanora and I had Dan. I really liked Dan and how thorough he was! He knew exactly what pressure points to press to release the tension and pain in my muscles and joints. His massage also focused on stretching your muscles, which was much needed in my case. I don't stretch much so it was good for him to focus on this. The massage itself was great, and I feel so much lighter now. I loved the neck and head massage towards the end. That was so good! Dan is also hilarious and knows what he's doing. They use suction cups throughout your back massage, which was something new for us, and we really enjoyed that too.
