The location of this area is pretty hidden. It's inside a building complex. There are a lot of parking spots since there's a parking structure right next to it. The boba shop is really cute inside. Very aesthetic. At the back of the store, there are books and games for anyone to use. There's scrabble and uno. The service was quick and easy. The employee was very polite and friendly. From the looks of the front area, it looked very clean and organized. The menu had good variety. We ended up getting the bubble matcha Oreo milk tea. When I received my order, I didn't expect that kind of container for the drink. It was a can-like container. I don't really think it's necessary to have that kind of container. The drink with boba was $8. I've been to many boba places to know it's kind of expensive for matcha/oreo boba. If I had to substitute the container for something else that would lower the price, I would be okay with it. But they just opened so, I'm hoping the prices would change. Pleasantly surprised with the Large Spicy Cup of Noodles that came with spam and extra crab sticks. Reminded me of hot pot. Workers are attentive and polite. The peanut butter coffee was great, you can taste the peanut butter and wasn't overly sweet. The sea salt cold brew was also good, but needs time to stir the cream and coffee to get the best flavors. Was shocked at how good the boba was here. I was running errands next door at Fed-Ex and saw this cute and quaint tea studio so I decided to drop by. I wanted to try so many of their menu items, and resorted to a brown sugar milk boba only because of the time of day it was (wanted to limit my late evening caffeine consumption). Quite honestly, I was not sure if it would be good and for $7, I was hoping, I would not be disappointed by the drink. It came in a cute can-like container and was fun to drink out of. The drink itself was flavorful and sweet (next time, I will modify the sweetness level but I like to try things as is before doing so) and the boba, let me tell you - I am quite picky when it comes to boba and I was really impressed. I went in to check this newly opened boba spot & ordered the fresh milk brown sugar boba, substituted with almond milk and asked for less sweet. The drink was good, just a bit sweeter than I'm used to because I usually get 25% from another location & I think the least they can do is 30%. As far as boba, they were not as soft and chewy as I prefer, however they were generous with the portion so that was nice. The cup they provide is also unique and cute. Most amazing place ever. If I could give it 100 stars, I would. I was originally going to the place next door but I was called into this place because of the cute decorations plus they were playing my fave artist (Abel) I was greeted and treated very nicely by the cashiers. The are unbelievable, with under $20 I am able to buy a bowl of ramen, coffee with boba, and two mochi sticks. Which is great for a college student such as myself. They have fast, free wifi and several electric plugs. I was able to enjoy good food, drinks, and dessert while doing homework and not spending a lot. They also have a rewards system that gives you free drinks. I'm so pumped to have discovered this place, new fave study spot. Shoutout to Ma H, he's so kind, positive and overall amazing. Refreshing, but not in the right way... I came in to grab a quick Boba tea and use the restroom since we were waiting for our to go food from Angelo and Vinci's' during their last 2 weeks in business before the owner retired. Very clean store and restroom. I ordered a Boba milk tea that was finished by the time I got out of the restroom. Tea flavor was OK, but I noticed instead of using the regular plastic sealed on top the used a more conventional lid and boba straw. Also, they didn't put a whole lot of icing which could be either a plus or minus. I discovered as we were walking back across the street to get our food at the restaurant that the Boba was in one huge clump. I was fortunate that I waited outside to drink my tea while my husband went in to get our order because the Boba got stuck in the straw, and when I pulled the straw out, all of a sudden it released a stream behind it and drenched me. I'm not sure if this is because of the type of lid they used or if it was a way that the Boba was made. read more

Loved the most popular mango complex! We got 50% sugar and it was perfect. The taste was natural and not syrupy at all and had a clean aftertaste. The avocado complex was also surprisingly good and on the lighter/healthier side. My friend got the thai tea which came with warm chewy boba. We had an issue with one drink later, but the barista was kind enough to make my friend another drink and if that wasnt already enough, he gave us a matcha mochi set! The matcha mochi set was really good- i would order it sometime for myself! It comes with a marshmallowy dip and some crunchy cereal-like flakes which makes it fun to eat.
