From a grocery store you generally expect good quality of fresh food as well as a large selection of non-fresh food. The produce I have bought from this location has been quite fresh and definitely of the standard I expect. Their meat is also quite good, but again nothing to extraordinary to speak to. I haven't really purchased anything from their deli or bakery so I cannot speak to that. The store itself has really long aisles (which can be inconvenient but I think it helps with traffic). Generally the store isn't very busy when I am there and am able to get through the till quite quickly. I feel this location has a smaller gluten free section than I am used to from Save On, so I'm disappointed with that aspect. Also I'm not keen on the whole order of this store as it doesn't feel very natural or like it flows well. I still shop here quite often as it as what you expect from a grocery store.

You can always speak to a butcher and inquire as to wether they can accommodate your request. Decent produce department. Disappointing time after time as far as the bakery goes. Old items and not a great deal of same day fresh items. Deli has an ok selection but could be friendlier service. Big bulk food section. Self serve if you so desire. Overall just average but it's not like your heading out on the town. Bakery is my biggest reason I don't head back much any longer.

When Colvin was around all security but now none which they should. I love shopping there just not so much the homeless. Getting bombarded every aisle you go in. I have sent several messages to them but all I have received back are some worthless automatic form emails which have done nothing to help me. I sent a reply to one email, and now I have received another email saying that since I have not replied to their email they have decided my case is resolved and they have closed my case. This people are THIEVES and LIARS and I still don't have anything - no groceries, no money. I have sent a message to them that I am going to file a criminal complaint against them for theft, but since they don't reply to my messages who knows if I am just wasting my time. My advice: go to a different store for delivery service. I have opened an account with Walmart now, and my first order on Sunday 16 arrived perfectly. Totally different from the PC Express theft.

I'd like to like this grocery store more. It's convenient to Mom's house and is much more local…read morethan the big chains. It also has a pharmacy and post office. I'm just not blown away by the bakery, meat selection or deli. The truth is that the big chains have put a lot of emphasis in these areas and have outstripped this great local option. It's still a great supermarket and I try to give it business when I can, picking up stuff that's generic to all groceries.

My main reason for visiting this location is it is 2 blocks of where my parents-in-law live. Nice and convenient. Especially when I need fuel on the way out of town. As you may have guessed from the name, Express 24 is open 24 hours. The second reason I frequent this is only one of two gas stations where you can lock the pump while filling. (The other is Rosedale Esso.) I dislike having to hold the pump handle and would rather wash windows and check oil and top up windshield fluid while filling.
