INTERESTING EXPERIENCE!!! If you want to leave with a very sore/bruised body, this is the place for you. They rub very deep, and when asked to lighten, they do not understand what you say. For a place open so long, you would think the masseuses would know very common massage terminology. The two masseuses spoke to each other throughout the entire couple massage, making it not very relaxing at all. They do not tell you on the phone to tip only in cash, but the receptionist was PISSED that we had no cash to tip. She then redirected us to the ATM to get cash to tip. Once putting my card in the ATM, it froze and wouldn't change screens. The receptionist, pissed again, unplugged the ATM and handed us the receipt to just write our tip on. So clearly, you take cash tips and don't want to take the credit charge out of your own pocket. When leaving and calling to the receptionist, she glared and refused to respond??? I did not have a very good experience at this particular establishment. I was with my daughter . I was indecisive on what I wanted to get while waiting for my daughter's friend. The front desk lady was rude. Extremely. As my daughter's friend arrived they tried to stick me in a room with a stranger ( my daughter's friend )told me take off all my clothes but underwear. We both were looking at each other in dismay on what to do . I opted out of full body needless to say and did strictly feet the lady at the front desk was upset I changed my mind and wouldn't disrobe in front of a stranger . I was not paying for a couple message. It was to be private. However, It was the best foot message I did receive. Hot stones and no pain. So you decide. If you are indecisive such as myself going into a new place for myself I personally feel they could have explained techniques a little better instead of being rude pointing at the wall. I drove 40 minutes because I had a groupon I was gifted last year. Upon arrival i was greeted with "Do you have an appointment?" not Hello or Hi, welcome in! So I mentioned my 11:00 appointment and that i'd had a coupon and before i could even spit the words out i was cut off with "We don't do groupon anymore, we haven't done that in two years" not to mention the groupon is from march of 2023 and says it doesn't expire but she wouldn't even look at it, I turned right around and walked out and without hesitation called to speak to a manager. Coincidentally the woman who I'd already spoken with is the manager. Whome told me when I arrived back home to get ahold of groupon for my money. Not honoring my giftcard and an unfriendly environment, not worth my money. read more

This place always leaves me relaxed and feeling wonderful. Both my husband and I are awkward when it comes to strangers massaging (touching) us, but we always feel at ease and comfortable here. Amazing! Can't wait to go again! I have really deep knots from stress and heavy lifting workouts. I was in so much pain i felt like my neck and shoulders were about to cramp up. I read some "negative" reviews about how rough they can be but honestly THAT'S THE BEST PART. Definitely recommend this place if you truly want a deep tissue massage. I've gone to massage envy and hand&stone and they never apply enough pressure to really get the knots out. Sometimes the pain is necessary and totally worth it. I opted for a 90 min massage. Yeah some parts were slightly painful (but not unbearable) but it was necessary to really roll out those deep knots. Mind you they'll ask you constantly if you're feeling any pain and will adjust their pressure accordingly. I can't even begin to explain how much relief my body is finally feeling after months of so much pain. Can't wait for the next visit! read more

What a gem! Clean, friendly, and completely reasonable. You will need an appointment....it is busy, so you can't really just walk in. I felt so relaxed. The chairs are very comfortable and the staff is friendly. It is quiet and it smells very fresh and clean. This competes with the NYC massage places I used to frequent, and I can't believe how fortunate it is that I live so close. My husband and I book a 60 min couples massage. They worked on us for about 70 mins each and we both left feeling amazing! Staff was professional and very skilled. They used the right amount of pressure! The rooms were very clean, comfortable temperature, and overall the atmosphere allowed for true relaxation! We will definitely be returning. My favorite place..the masseuses do excellent job unfortunately they don't understand English very well. Best bet is to tell whoever is working the front what you would like done before going back so they can really the message. This place is absolutely wonderful. Although most of the massage therapist do not speak English they are just cute as a button LOL the front desk is always nice and welcoming. The establishment is clean. I never like to go in for a massage but I go to this place at least every two weeks. I have bought gift cards for my friends and family to go also. If you haven't tried them you need to go. If they are too firm, tell them. Don't walk away saying they're too rough and if you don't know how to translate there's a translator on your phone it's not a big deal. They are all wonderful. In fact I'm going again today. I was very excited to have a foot massage and loved the ambiance of the room in which they perform this. I didn't care for the fact that others were in there as well which hindered my relaxation. The foot massage itself was average. I asked several times for her to go over a spot again and she just nodded and didn't oblige. After the feet, she started on my shoulders and back. Pretty soon, she was pushing so hard with her elbows I felt I was being beaten. I kept raising up and asking her to apply light pressure. She nodded and smiled and didn't comply. I finally had to tell her to stop. I told her I wanted more time on my feet instead. She said that's not how it works and left the room. When I left, I passed the front desk and the woman there yelled at me for the tip. I told her I don't give a tip when the service is so horrible and the treatment is very unpleasant. She said I must leave 10 dollars. I gave her my credit card to put the 10 on so I could run from there never to return. Not only was the tip on but a 2.00 service charge. I will never allow this business to take my hard earned money again. They are incredibly rude. Most don't speak good English so you can't communicate with them about what YOU want. Then to strong arm the tip. Spend your money for a massage elsewhere. You'll be glad you did. read more

Do your research I had a groupon plus made a 2nd apptcat same time for my daughter. They messed up her appt so she had to wait half hour and only had half the experience. Customer service was lacking throughout, very impersonal, seemed not concerned about building customer base for repeat customers. Used a cheap plastic too small bucket to wet feet. English was a significant barrier with most using apps to translate. Mine never introduced herself or said what she was doing next and with a cloth over your face, it was unnerving. No certificates posted anywhere so doubt anyone is certified for what ended up being a full body DEEEP body and PAINful elbow massage through openings in my clothes. I had leg pain for a couple of weeks that started a few days later to point that ended up in ER for same symptoms as a blood clot. I simply would not return to be treated with little respect or inability to listen during the massage when I say to "go easy please." I like to know what's happening and English was a barrier. Introduce yourself, treat with respect, post certifications, do not do such a deep massage if not requested. It was also odd in Covid to be sooo close to others. My daughter ended up with less than her paid time and was way at end of room with a male "therapist". It was not an enjoyable not therapeutic experience that led to some expensive and now ongoing leg and foot issues. read more

My massage therapist did ok. He is really aggressive. I thought that I was going to die. The pain was so intense that I honestly feel that it was worse than having children. I thought he'd notice signs of the pain he was causing due to all of the movement I made or my feet standing/rising on the bed. Never once did he communicate with me to check my comfort (are you okay?). I prayed that it would be over 10min into the 30min back massage, as I tried to relax and meditate. After the massage was complete, I felt relaxed and fine and immediately asked my husband did his masseuse apply too much pressure. When I got home I felt exhausted like I had been in a major car accident. Truthfully I feel like crap. I ache from my shoulders to my gluteous maximus, what the heck is this? I feel absolutely horrible. I could not sleep at all lastnight. My back feels inflamed even to touch. I can't lay on it nor can my husband touch or rub it. This really takes away from the thought and experience of being pampered or relaxed. I feel like hell ... I dont think that 20 dollar tip was worthit after all. read more
