I finally got a call answered from Sunnys wife after several failed attempts of reaching him. I had gotten my cracked screen fixed about two months ago and the day after he repaired it I noticed that whenever my face touched the screen that my phone would attempt to FaceTime the person I was talking to or annoyingly press several buttons. After researching why I could no longer hold my phone up to my face without it loudly hitting the dial buttons, I found that it must of had something to do with the censor. Sunny finally called me back the next day and said that most likely it was broke when he repaired my screen and that he understands how annoying that could be. He apologized and said he would order the part to repair it and call me back the next day and schedule a time to have me come in so he can fix his mistake. I was annoyed that it had taken so long to get a hold of him but extremely happy that he was going to fix it, considering I paid him over 100$ to repair my phone in the first place. This was over two weeks ago and still no call back. I have called and texted him about 4 times now and left messages. He has yet to return my call. I was going to delete my last negative review as soon as we got off the phone because I felt bad, but something told me to wait until he actually fixed it. Good thing because not only did he leave my phone broken and admit to the error, but he lied to me and said he would do something to fix it, but never did. Just wrong... and probably the worst customer service I have experienced. I don't have another 150$ laying around to have my phone fixed so not being able to hold my phone up to face is really going to suck. I hope this long winded review helps someone else to know NOT to trust this company. read more

Don't look anywhere else these guys are the bomb. Bobby came over when he said he would, replaced the screen, and then told me honestly that due to the physical damage that was not screen related it would be to my benefit not to pay him and instead pay he insurance. He tried several screens and was here for over an hour with no indication of frustration or being in a hurry. He would have spent all that time and walked out of here without a dollar, I appreciated it so much. I wanted him to fix my screen because I'd rather give business to them- an honest company is rare....and the insurance company is a total scam. If your wondering my screen is dark on one side, unrelated to a cracked screen and not something hat could be fixed, the phone would have to be replaced. After getting my phone fixed, I got red streaks in my phone about a month later. I called Sunny and After numerous calls he finally called me back. He knew I was coming from SD and he said he would order the part and let me know. Well he called to tell me the part was in and we set up an appointment. I showed up to the appointment and of course he was late again. He then notices the wrong replacement screen came in. I took a blank trip to Temecula. Few days later, he calls me and tells me he got the right part. I head back down and he was finally on time. Fixed my phone and I was out of there. Well now I am having red streaks down my phone once again. After numerous text messages, he has not returned one of my messages. It is a shame how much I paid and cant get a lousy message back.
