Hi, my name is Kelly & I live in a small town up North in Cariboo Country…read more Had gone to Castlegar for a week to go fishing, and while staying at Kootney River Kampground, picked up a copy of the Castlegar News, where, on page A a full page ad featuring a Weight Loss product Dr. Oz had said on his show "a miracle in a bottle" so, off i went into Downtown Castlegar in search of Mother Natures so i could ask a few questions regarding this product. Well i found the store and upon entering was greeted by friendly staff with smiles and also was delighted with scents of smelly soaps, candles,ect. My kind of store! Found the staff help full and knowledgeable re: the Waste Away products with Green Tea & Raspberry Ketone. After leaving this little jewel with not only my new hope in a bottle but an assortment of other goodies it was time to head back home. Well i ran out of above product and phoned my local stores thinking at least one of them would carry the same product but no such luck, but they did carry a similar product and was told it would be the same. To me they didn't work the same and i was so unhappy. Now its time to buy some more but wasn't looking forward to be using the same that i was thinking of not even taking them any longer since i had lost quite a bit of weight and also inches off my waist. But guess what i was going through some papers and such and came across the ad that I'd torn from the paper. Must have kept it for a reason! So of coarse the corner of the ad was torn where phone# was so went on line to find it, and, called. Told the lady my story and asked if they, for one, still had the product, and, would they be able to do an over the phone order to ship. As you have already guessed that the answer was yes well your right it was and the person to whom i spoke with said she would get it on its way today, in addition, would put their flyer, a magazine and some samples, that are going to be a surprise, as i didn't ask what kind, and who doesn't like free samples. I know that I've almost written a book, believe this or not, it's also the first time I've ever written a review. So to all people who shop on line or phone like i did today please take the time to write a quick review even if its not a good experience but this time it was. I would recommend this store to people who maybe just driving through and even those that live in Castlegar and haven't been yet. Will end this now saying thank you very much for your help and that you will have my business either over the phone and most definitely if and when I'm ever back in Castlegar i will be seen at your place of business.
