That should've been my warning sign, but what happened next was unbelievable. Apparently, I am not the only person he ghosted mid job. Every part of my vehicle he touched ended up damaged. Hose clamps? Left off completely. Interior trim? Broken. Hood latch? Destroyed. The "repair" he did created more problems than I walked in with, and I had to pay over $800 to a real mechanic just to undo the mess he made. That's not an accident -- that's incompetence on a level that shouldn't be anywhere near a toolbox. And once the damage was done, he vanished. No returned calls, no accountability, no attempt to fix what he broke. Just silence. Based on my experience, this person has no business working on cars. The lack of skill, honesty, and professionalism is staggering. Do yourself a favor and stay far away -- your wallet and your vehicle will thank you.

Ordered the sensor and will call me when it's in. In and out in about 15 mins. At Belle Tire... I waited 8 hours the first day, then left my car all day the second day, picked it up, and dropped it off again the next day right at opening at 8 am and waited 2 hours to be told my tires were fine. They never checked the warning light. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and friendliness. I will be coming here only from now on.

Took my van in for new tires at the 16 and van dyke location on June 19th and they call me back…read moresaying there was issues with my van. They tell me that one of the stems on the rotor was broken and asked me who serviced my van? I told them not once has it been serviced by anyone other then oil changes and fixing trivial thing like blinkers. They then said it would have to be done submitting a claim. So I waited for just under a week for them to get back with me. And discount tire said they called you on a different number. I asked them when they called me to tell me they had issues with my van, they had no problem contacting me. They are nothing but liars. For a 240.00 fix they choose to lose a customer of about 30 years. Good riddance. Belle tire, Walmart or even a used tire shop in Detroit would be better then discount tire. This site won't allow me to post a review without giving at least one star. They are worse than one star!
