Somehow this is one of the smaller shell stations locally yet it's ALWAYS busy! 8 times out of 10 I've driven by and all the pumps are occupied! It's also right off a major highway exit, including the CCRI Lincoln Campus, Davies, and that God Awful MacColl YMCA. It's kind of convenient but the price for gas is on the higher side with other stations nearby usually being a few cents cheaper. I honestly do not understand why this station is always so busy! It's like they never have downtime!

Often, these are the cream of the crop when it comes to gas station convenience stores - usually worthy of 4 or 5-star ratings. However, the combination of Shell and Seasons Corner Markets has reached an unprecedented low in this location. This store, which has a Dunkin' Donuts, is on the smaller side, but otherwise fairly well-appointed and stocked. So why am I giving them 1 star, you ask? Well, on my first visit a few weeks ago, when I went to cash out, the young woman at the cash register was in the middle of eating a snack. While that's not a huge deal in itself, I couldn't believe it when she didn't even bother to put the food down, but rather, continued eating, unfazed, while she rang me out. Her untucked uniform shirt was wrinkled to boot. I would have flipped out if I was the manager of this place and witnessed her slovenly appearance and behavior. I also dislike that the gas pumps are awkwardly located in the parking lot; there isn't much room to drive around the pumps. My work truck was once blocked from leaving because a pickup truck getting gas parked a bit too far from the pump, and I didn't have room to drive around him, so I had to wait for him to finish getting gas. Today was my second visit and I was also equally unimpressed. I went to use the bathroom, and there was a lot of urine all over the floor in front of the urinal. Then, I bought a can of Coca-Cola, and found it was far from cold; rather, it was somewhere between lukewarm and barely cool. Normally, I'd just go somewhere else, but there really aren't many options in this section of Lincoln, so I guess I'm stuck with them if I happen to need a drink or snack in this area.

It has a nice convenient Four Seasons store that has the basic snacks and quick foods. It has a nice coffee section as well as a smoothie section for those wanting something a bit more than your basic drink. There's an air and vacuum station (for a fee) where you can check the tires of your car and get the inside cleaned. Convenient to downtown, Fox Point, Thayer st area, it's convenient for Brown and RISD students as well.

I went in the bathroom with my daughter (the bathroom was disgusting.( There was blood in the toilet like it hasn't been cleaned all day the floor was filthy) and one of the workers named idel was being very rude. He started talking to the other customers about me going into the bathroom with my daughter. My husband asked him to mind his business. He astold my husband that it's his store and he could do whatever he wants, and then started, shoving his badge in my husband's face which is completely unacceptable and not OK !!!! By the time we ended up paying for our items he was swearing at us and telling us that he can't wait for us to write him up because it's his that nothing will happen to him. The other cashier working there from 4 to 12. He was really respectful. Check this out with no problem and apologize for the whole situation and said that he normally doesn't work with the person and said that he hopes we have a good night. Idel just needs to really work on his customer service And learn not to be yelling and swearing at customers specially when they have their child with them.

They were at my house at 8:30am the next morning clearing out the competitor's tank and replacing with their tanks and filling them. This was with 2 feet of snow on the ground! They were very thorough and were a breath of fresh air after what I had been through with the other propane company. They have since kept my tank filled without my having to call them. And their prices are much better than what I had been paying. I'm so thankful I made the change.

He was rude, and removed a customer with a service dog, telling her that he won't serve her because he doesn't believe the dog us a service dog. They need to be trained in disability rights laws. I opened it because I wasn't sure if I should get the call or the Pawtucket Times. He started screaming at me that I can not open the paper in the store. Side note: I do it all the time at Seasons. I told such rude employee that I was buying it either way but didn't know which one I wanted. Again screamed at me that I can't open the paper in the store. I went to the counter and threw my $2.00 at him and told him to keep the change, they rob everyone with their gas anyway.
