I did NOT want to go to Firestone because they are overpriced and was relieved when I looked up to see the Z Brothers Auto Center logo. I asked the guy there if they could look at my car, he told me he would ask his boss to drive it around because he would know better as he had 30 years experience. He drove it around the lot and said "okay flat tire, right side". I went inside to wait with my boyfriend. 5 minutes later he comes out and says "You're all set, it was a rock in your tire you're good to go". Didn't charge me or anything. I came back a few day later to get my spark plugs changed, and also asked if they could look to see why my engine was stalling when it wasn't warmed up (turns out it was a bunch of dust collected on my engine). They cleaned it and fixed my spark plugs in 45 min. I'll be coming back here for more, they have pretty decent prices and quality service.

Absolute worst customer service at Z Brothers Services Center. Avoid this place at all costs…read more I came to this place to get a routine state inspection. They told me the wait would be one hour, so I agreed to stay. After waiting 1 hour and 25 minutes, I went to the front counter to check on my car. An employee with name Steve on his shirt was incredibly rude, actively ignored me, and told me he had no idea how much longer it would take or when they would even start on my car. When I pointed out that I had already waited nearly an hour and a half, Steve just muttered "sorry" and walked away from me mid-conversation. At that point, I decided to leave and ask for my keys back. When I asked where my car was parked, Steve vaguely gestured "there" and walked away a second time. I went out to look, and my car wasn't anywhere near the spot he pointed to. I had to go back inside and confront him again because my car was completely missing from that area. When I asked why he was being so disrespectful, he snapped, "Oh, I'm sorry, I don't have time, we are busy " and completely dismissed me.This level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous. Z Brothers wastes your time, lies about wait times, and Steve treats paying customers like a nuisance. I wi

This is a combination gas station & Dunkin Donuts at the intersection of Holme Avenue and Willits…read moreRoad in Northeast Philadelphia. It's a place for coffee, gas and smokes. A lot of dirtbags come here. First and foremost, parking is fucked. If you ever come here, I'm willing to bet it's the one thing you definitely take away from the experience. There are no designated parking spaces and it's a small, irregularly shaped parcel of land. People try to park against the building both parallel and perpendicular to it, making it almost like a game of Tetris. The only way to keep above the fray is to park at a pump or as far away from the building as possible. I actually saw someone pull their car up to the front door of the building once. No, not close to the door...RIGHT UP TO THE FRONT DOOR! He parks it and walked in like it was the most normal thing in the world. The car was so close you would not be able to open the car door and the store entrance at the same time. You had to let the store entrance door first close behind you when exiting before you could then walk around the car. Another problem is people who shop here seem to be oblivious to the fact that there are other customers behind them in line. Once they pay for their merchandise they simply turn 180 degrees and try to walk straight through the people waiting behind them. Lines are common, everyday things. Why does this happen here? Weird. Last, but not least, this sometimes becomes a hangout for some of the shittier kids from this Northeast Philly enclave. They're such a charming bunch, let me tell ya. The employees are pretty cool, well the gas station guys are. Screw the Dunkin' staff, they're a little slow.
