We left and went elsewhere, even though my husband could have stayed and purchased what we wanted. By the way, I am Canadian and my husband is a US citizen. I highly doubt the associate at the store would have been able to comprehend an Ontario Driver's license. I really did want to go back and show him, let him look at my foreign ID like he knew what he was looking at. Regardless, all I expected was for him to be more pleasant about the whole situation. I have been in retail long enough to know how to speak to customers and he did not. He could have said, "I'm sorry but I am going to have to ask you to leave," rather than "you need to leave."

BRAGG, N.C) I've purchased many times from JESSE'S FINE SPIRITS (SPANKS) on 2693 TX-361, Ingleside, TX 78362 many times. But on 30 July, 2015 I walked in to purchase some Segrams-7 and noticed the sales section had it clearly marked for $18.... Checking out JESSICA said it cost $21.. I told her that it was marked for $18.. and walked with JESSICA to show her where it was located. JESSICA immediately took the yellow sign off the display, and stated that the distributor mark it wrong. There was a guy with their company shirt on standing by the cash register, she said was there distributor and has nothing to do with the store named MIKE. He came over and I tried to further explain what happened. At this point everyone was calm, and I was just trying to talk to someone in management that could resolve this matter. I asked JESSICA to honor the displayed price but she wouldn't do it. I stated my case and informed her that I've purchased it before for that price many times, etc. JESSICA stated "I can refuse business to anyone at anytime. So you can either pay the higher price or not purchase it at all." I said no, I have a 3rd option, so what's your name? We were both calm walking over to the cash register to write her name (JESSICA) down on a piece of paper, and the manager who wasn't present (MARY ANN). While walking out the store as I opened the door, MIKE ran up behind me stating with a loud voice, "Don't come back here no more. Mary Ann (the manager who wasn't there) don't want you here. I stopped and turned around and told MIKE, what are you talking about? I'm leaving the store and your starting mess? MIKE continued to say unprofessional comments to me with a loud voice. I drove off and went too: SPANKY'S LIQUOR on 4717 FM 1069, Aransas Pass, TX 78336 (the newly built liquor store across from Walmart). There was a tall white lady with glasses that was very nice. She assisted me and was very helpful. While checking out I paid for my Segrams-7 and she was giving me some background on the store, etc. I didn't know that the store I just left in Ingleside and this store are owned by the same owner or else I sure wouldn't ever speed my money there. This is when MIKE from the earlier incident walked into the store hollering and telling me I need to get out. I was walking out anyways but MIKE continued with a very loud and unprofessional voice cursing and talking at the top of his voice. I told MIKE I served this country in the US ARMY, and your demeanor is no way to treat a Veteran. MIKE said he don't give a SHIT...! While walking out he made a call to a gentleman so I stopped because I sure would love to talk to his boss about his behavior. Now the lady that actually worked at this location witnessed the way MIKE was acting. I asked her to get him before he gets in trouble. I walked out the store got in my car and drove off totally discussed that a company would allow anything like either of these issues to exist. I will never ever purchase anything from any store even associate with either one of these places. I would throw my money on the ground before I give them one cent. If this is the way you treat your US VETERANS, I'm sure you treat your local customers even worse...!
