I transferred to this school halfway through the school year when I was in 5th grade. It was an amazing decision, and I am so glad I did it. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and welcoming. The teachers are all very encouraging and they continue to help me, as well as my classmates grow in their faith every day. I am now in 8th grade, and I plan to graduate here, because of my love for this wonderful school. So, with that, if you are looking for an amazing, encouraging, loving Christian school, CCA is the place for you.

But you are never going to find a school that can make everybody happy. I was so sad to read the negative reviews because that was not our experience. Our kids graduated at the top of their high school class and I believe it was because they got a great basic education here, as well as learning Bible verses and being encouraged to grow in their faith. The teachers were firm but fair, and loved their students. I can highly recommend CCA after being part of this school as a parent, a teacher, and now as a grandparent.

Excellent performing arts programs with spectacular performances throughout the year. Home to the International Baccalaureate Program with more kids becoming National Merit Finalists than another high school in Kansas and sends kid to some of the most prestigious universities in the world who are prepared for real life situations. Great sports and has one of the best swim teams in Kansas who has been the undefeated city champ for too long to count! Anybody can fit into this diverse school. There are dozens of clubs for anyone! He does a great job making the Bible relatable and understandable but also giving you plenty of depth in the text if you wanted to do more studying on your own. Worship is lots of fun and current. Everyone is super friendly from the minute you walk in the door to the second you leave the parking lot. Free coffee and doughnuts every Sunday doesn't hurt either!

Great church, Pastor Jon makes sure to talk to every new guest one way or the other. If he can't…read moretalk to you on your way out when he has time he'll try to make plans with people to meet up and talk over coffee. He also doesn't just preach I'd say he's more of a teacher he's not just going to quote the Bible and leave you with that he's going to go back and teach you the history and culture of everything being said. The church also has amazing worship with a great band and a great and friendly worship leader. The church main focus is family so with that being said kids care is amazing they teach the kids well and have great kids leaders that connect with the kids as well as the parents. We are so lucky to have Pastor Jon starting and growing this new church plant! We also have a growing youth group as well for middle schoolers through high schoolers with youth pastor Ryan who is always willing to drop what he's doing to help students out no matter the cause.
