He explained that there were certain things she had to do before we could move forward and schedule the extractions. The front desk staff, Shannon specifically, was also phenomenal. From the moment I called to place the appointment and asked her many questions, to when we arrived, and she helped get us checked in and settled, she was great. Very friendly and personable, but also very knowledgeable and professional. This dentist is obviously very popular based on the amount of people that were there. However, even though he was running behind, the staff kept us informed and were still very efficient. But despite that, he did not rush us, and he answered all of our questions. If you need to have any teeth extracted, and you find him on your own or get a referral, I would not hesitate to reach out because it was a very positive experience, and we definitely feel more comfortable about returning when my mother is ready to have her teeth extracted.

On the day of my appointment, I was scheduled for 12:00, but I was kept waiting without any explanation or update until 12:45. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. The examination itself felt very rushed. The doctor briefly looked at my upper right tooth using a tongue depressor and spent about 5 minutes discussing possible extractions. Normally, a dental mirror is used for proper examination of teeth, so the lack of a proper instrument was concerning. I also requested an evaluation of tooth #13 (upper left), and I was told it would be included in the report. The entire visit lasted about 10 minutes. They told me that the treatment plan would be sent later that same day.They told me that the treatment plan would be sent later that same day. Afterwards, I had to follow up multiple times over 5 days to receive the treatment plan. When it was finally sent, even the tooth numbers were incorrect. In particular, for tooth #13, the doctor had clearly stated in person that the condition was very poor, not salvageable, and required extraction. However, in the report this was reduced to a mild statement such as: "the patient reports intermittent symptoms of discomfort associated with tooth #13." Overall, the experience was rushed, poorly documented, and disappointing due to a lack of attention to detail and communication.

She and her staff are first rate and put the patient at ease, from the waiting room to the chair to the billing process. And today I have a perfect -- and permanent -- smile. During my…read moreinitial consultation, Dr. Walzer said they needed to perform a 3d x-ray even though he already had an x-ray in hand from my dentist office. During checkout I found out that the 3d-xray comes at a cost of $310 and it's a medical procedure (out of network) and the surgical center wanted their $310 prior to me leaving the building. This left a sour taste in my mouth, and I thought about going elsewhere for the surgery. However, I was already too deep at this point. Fast forward to surgery day. I checked in at the front desk and was told that I needed to pay my estimated charges prior to me going back for surgery. I woke up from surgery still a little groggy from the anesthesia. I vaguely recall someone saying they took a tissue sample of my gum while I was unconscious. A month later I received a $450 bill for the tissue sample extraction and biopsy medical procedure (out of network) that I never agreed to. Is this even legal??

He explained every step of the way what he was doing, he was gentle, thoroughly numbed the area and was an all around calming and grounding presence. I have had really traumatic experiences with dentists in the past, so the fact that I felt really safe in his hands meant so much to me. I'd also like to shout out his assistant, Savannah. She was warm and friendly. She instantly put me at ease. Even better, she was very swift and gentle throughout the imaging process. Another point worth mentioning, they were transparent about pricing from the beginning. I find many dental offices get a bit cagey when you ask what the cost is, but, if you're paying out of pocket that's obviously helpful to know! I really appreciate that they called and gave me an exact price upfront. Everything was done gently and expertly. Also, the office is really beautiful and I found the waiting room to be very cozy and refined. It provides a bit more for the eye than most other boring run-of-the-mill waiting rooms. Felt like hanging out in an elegant erudite's living room. Vibes. So, if you unfortunately find yourself in need of an endodontist, fortunately there is Dr. Luzader and his team!

The front office is as helpful and informed as the medical staff in the back. I had all of my teeth removed and long term infections all taken care of in just a couple of visits. The people were very friendly and helpful and I would reccomend them to anyone.. If you need dental care these are the people to call.
