I was not sure at first because there is a clear sign and I didn't believe my ear. So when the attendant was walking by that car so I asked him if the car behind me had the engine on while the driver was filling the gasoline. The attendant confirmed that the engine was on but didn't do anything, shrugged and walked away. The driver behind me then started to harass me saying that this is not California (I'm Asian) and told me to mind my own business and continued belittling me. Hello????
