The store is a about the same size if not slightly bigger than the older HMVs that used to be around. The K-Pop section was just one section in an aisle but it had staples that you would expect from BTS, Blackpink, NCT 127, and Tomorrow x Together. There were a few albums available for each artist and some merch for the more popular bands. They also carry DVDs here, a rare sight in this world of streaming. Impressively they had also had a section of anime. They had some of the newer popular hits like Demon Slayer and some older ones like Guilty Crown.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They will order something in for you in it's not in stock, but available.

This store has music CDs and movie DVDs. They are mainly Korean pop items. Do you need a cell phone case? You can get one here. As with most stores at Pacific Mall, it won't have the latest phone models if your phone isn't an Apple iPhone or Samsung Galaxy. Prices are decent. I'm a Google Pixel phone person. Does it have cases for the 8 Pro that has been released for months? Yes. How about the 8a that just came out? Nope. Amazon is your better bet. You can't take photos while you are in the store. I do remember one time that the sales associate was quite rude and it did turn me off from frequenting the store. So if you're looking for Bowie, his records will be scattered throughout the "B" section. That's okay I guess if you've got all day to browse, but the records are also packed in super tight. So browsing, usually a pleasure, becomes a real chore. Another bummer, there is little to no current music here.

They have some cute Kate Spade items, as well as candles, jewellery, kitchen items. They have some really nice engraved (initials in script form) cheeseboards as well as gold lettered initial mugs. Makes great gifts and gives it that personal touch. I also bought a gorgeous faux fur scarf. I'm in love every time I wear it. I love their huge discount section as I love to read and buy books often. But I also like to pay my mortgage and eat so I can have both my cake and eat it as well here! But I can also go to Starbucks if I really really want some cake too. So technically I can have it ALL!
