The gym plays host to a variety of Martial arts which cater for all levels and many classes have as large a female following as men. There are also lots of classes for kids with some top class instructors which your kids will love and will keep them fit. The showers in the men's aren't great, I have no knowledge of the women's, but the classes and level of instruction are good enough to overcompensate.
