She informed me that I had to spend $40 in order to use just 1 of my certificates. No where on the certificate does it state that this is a requirement. She then said it was policy and how it's always been but refused to show me a policy. She then told me the owner was out of town and didn't know when she would be back. It was such an awful experience that I didn't even want to use one of my certificates. I do not recommend them at all!!

The following day we went again and there was a different lady (an older lady) and she was short with us when telling us we had to provide our own eyewear. They do not carry the 50 cent sticker eyewear so you had to purchase their $7 overpriced eyewear. The woman working behind the desk the second day handled the situation all wrong and neither offered us our money back or let us borrow a pair. We were also not warned the bulbs were brand new and walked out burnt even though we both have been tanning for last couple weeks. Side note: the smoothies are terrible.
