I had already written a negative review on Google and was told I had to remove my negative review on Google and sign a document stating I would not write any more negative reviews and then they would refund me only 10% of my money. If you are considering this clinic I would recommend that you carefully read all documents they ask you to sign, confirm what they mean by "guaranteed" results and also inspect the cleanliness of the clinic. Also, be aware that there was no receptionist any time I went there, just one person who was the technician. Client's files were kept in the open on the front counter so when the technician was doing a treatment anyone could access them. Sept. 7/24 I am not a scammer - my Yelp somehow showed I was in LA - that was corrected before I posted my review. I stand by my review - I had a bad experience there and would like to let other people know so that they can do their homework before entering into any agreement. If I was a scammer I would have taken down my review and taken the refund.

I am wearing blackout goggles and nothing to hold onto. November 13, 2021 I went for my 3rd appointment and she told me I'm finished, she isn't doing any more treatment as 70% is done? I was understanding that I would have a number of appointments to treat the spider-veins and certainly 70% is not done. Damy then said I'll do a treatment today. Clearly she saw I was disappointed after agreeing to do both legs knees down for a lot of money. I lay on the bed and she started, then told me I have to stand up so she can see. I paid a lot of money to have this done properly, I was scared to not get it completed properly, I stood up on the mobile bed yet again. It was hurting so bad I told her I've had enough I was dizzy and nothing to hold onto. Blindfolded with goggles for the laser. When I sat down on the bed she started saying she had done a good job and wanted me to do a Google review. Damy even got my purse off the hook, my phone was in, and told me she would show me how. I didn't want to write it at that moment as I'm in a lot of PAIN. She used wet cold towels on my legs. I wrote a nice review to stop her from asking. We then went to the front and she is telling me that I have BLISTERS and I will have to be careful in the next few days. I said the last two times I was ok healing. WRONG! I went home to 6 BIG BLISTERS from the laser BURNING thru my skin in 6 areas. I have consulted my DR. three times and have been put on antibiotics and antibiotic cream. I've been consulted about wound care. These laser burns are deep and not healing. Today January 12, 2022 and they are still open Blister Scabs. Not Healing Yet!!! I have asked White Rock Laser Clinic on George St for a refund. Nothing Yet!

Since then I've had 2 Dermapen treatments, 1 forever young treatments, 2 skin tightening, 2 photo facials, 1 universal contour body wrap, and 4 laser hair removal treatments - all constantly amazing with stunning results... At the end of this summer I actually had fewer brown spots than I ever had before. It was definitely the combination of the laser treatment and physician grade skin care. Hello , While living near by in South Surrey during wintery months , I escaped to "SunScape" several times over the season and found it a welcoming haven on some otherwise gloomy days . I was rejuvenated and also given a boost of naturally occuring vitamin D from the relaxing and up to date sun machines . The staff were cheerful and helpfull and the atmosphere calm , clean and also top of the line products such as lotions and sun creams . Thank you SunScape! I had horrible eczema that flared up after a week of hot yoga. It was really severe, the worst I've had. So I decided to enlist the services of the beauty angel after reading about redlight therapy to help heal skin conditions. I went for 5 sessions in 5 days... and it worked when nothing else was! I stopped using the really strong cortisone that is was prescribed very soon after starting it because I wasn't seeing results and skin was getting thin. Instead I did the beauty angel, lots of water and it started clearing up. It really was amazing! So thank you again SunScape! I am floored at how well the Beauty Angel worked! read more

These people are trying to extort money from me a year after I canceled the "contract" that they broke when they shut their doors then reopened without giving anyone an opportunity to decide whether they felt safe to tan. I paid them the first time they extorted me and now they want more (sending a credit agency after me for money I DO NOT OWE THEM) The owner posts fake/defamatory/libelous "reviews" on work websites and doesn't think anyone knows it's him (Robert Kerr). I have been tanning at Sunscape since they first opened. I received a promotion in the mail & decided to try their beds. Since that first tan I haven't wanted to tan elsewhere. I signed up for the unlimited monthly tanning in the Sundash bed. It's approx $22 and with being a member I'm also able to purchase points packages at very reasonable rates where I'm able to use with all level beds. Suscape puts on great promotions for new clients but also for existing members. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. read more

As a dancer for the BC Lions Felions, Suncape always has us looking our best for our games. Honestly, I was at first kind of skeptical to try a VersaSpa spray tan (I'm very pale and was worried it would look unnatural) but I was so happy with the results I continued to get them even in the off season! The staff made sure that I knew what to do in the machine (ie. turn after each spray) so it was super quick and easy. The rooms are clean and the staff is great! read more

I love this place, it's the cheapest I've found so far and I've literally only had to wait once for a level 1 bed, and to upgrade to the next one so you don't have to wait is only $5.25! They're always super clean and the girls are always very nice. The Pitt Meadows Studio is the BEST place to get a Tan, of course that's because it's the one I go to. I am sure that all the SunScape Studio's are just as wonderful. They are located on the second floor next to a gym. The staff working there are so nice, knowledgeable and receptive. As it was my first time at this location, and not knowing the machines, they've provided me needed info and also adjusted my time during my treatment. Why it's 5/5? I'm a little OCD since covid, and their level of cleanliness is very passable. They assured my visit was comfortable, provided me with extra towels to cover my face ( I was wearing SPF and I do retinol) and my neck gets sensitive hence extra coverage (I had planned to use my dri fit top). I didn't bring my UV googles, and they offer UV googles too with no hidden cost. The fan in the room and it's setup was perfection. Also, I didn't encounter any dust bunnies considering all the rooms had fans running. Overall experience was one of my favourites in Vancouver to date.

I go there just about everyday and a couple of the beds about a couple of years ago got the bulbs changed. All the beds need the bulbs change. With the cold weather you can't put the fan on as the cold air makes it too cold especially since the bulbs are not strong. The renovations look good but with no updates or heat it is not a good experience. I am hoping with the new renovations they will spend the money to make tanning an enjoyable experience. If there was another tanning salon close by I would go even though I would hate to leave the amazing staff.

This particular stand up though is quite large which makes the room just that much smaller for when you're getting ready ... it is a bit cramped but worth it .
