Airbnb setup and property coordination services in addition to separate repair/project work. Unfortunately, my experience involved repeated invoice revisions, unclear labor calculations, disputed completed work items, and ongoing communication issues regarding project scope and billing transparency. I repeatedly requested clarification and supporting documentation regarding invoicing and labor charges but did not receive sufficient transparency throughout the process. Additionally, several major Airbnb setup deliverables referenced in the agreement -- including staging, listing creation, photography coordination, and final walkthrough services -- there was a complete loss of trust and I was not comfortable allowing them back into my property.
