Presenting an attractively priced unit, confirming interest, and then quickly claiming it is no longer available -- only to redirect potential renters to significantly more expensive options -- strongly resembles a bait-and-switch tactic. Whether this is a pattern or not, the experience felt misleading and highly unprofessional. Renters are making major financial decisions, and this type of conduct erodes trust. If you are considering working with Inbal Ben, I strongly recommend extreme caution. Verify availability in writing and do not assume that advertised listings are genuinely obtainable.
