I called last fall and was told they would look in the spring. I have called asking for this issue to be resolved. Daniel came out and looked at it one day and said he would order parts, next call said he was waiting for the correct color. This has been over several months and I have not heard back that they had received the parts needed to correct the issue. Doing the work was not the issue, the after sale customer service is lacking.

Additionally they used Presidential TL shingles which look great but I'm told are harder to work with due to their thickness. They were an extremely professional crew who showed up every morning on time and immediately got to work.
